Aunt Stacy with Cohen

Snowy Days...

For the past few days we've been getting some snow here!! I am happy that we are at least getting a little bit. I just can't believe that it's almost the end of January and we are just getting cold weather and snow now. Snow and cold equal us not going to many places with the boys. That's OK though since it's pretty outside and most of the days have been sunny too.

Speaking of the boys...they are continually growing. I feel like I can't keep up with their clothes. They are just growing out of everything so quickly. And sometimes they are in that stage where they are in between so the smaller stuff is too small but the bigger stuff is too big. Oh well, I'm sure everyone goes through that.

We had our friends Jim and Stacey come over from Pittsburgh this weekend which was so nice. It was nice to have a whole weekend of interacting with people and once the boys went to bed we were able to relax even more and have adult conversation. It was great. Our neighbors Cy and Sarah who will be welcoming their new little addition at the beginning of March had a baby shower on Saturday so our friends from out of town watched the boys for a bit while we ran up to the baby shower.

We will be making our first driving trip with the boys to Pittsburgh around the middle of February. It's about a 2.5 to 3 hour drive so we'll see how that goes! The big test will be when we drive to North Carolina to the Outer Banks in June. They will be a bit bigger so maybe it will be easier...or maybe it will be harder we'll just have to see. We will be traveling with our neighbors who will have their little girl Isabella by then. She will be about 3 1/2 - 4 months by then so hopefully it will go OK for them as well. It's about an 11 hour drive but with babies I am assuming it will be more like 15. Wish us luck!!! :)

Cohen and Ethan will be having their 4 month check up on the 12th of February so we don't have any updates on weigh etc. We do know that they are still growing fast though!!

So that
